When you are nice and kind you will get much better service than when you are rude. Remember it takes us 2-3 BUSINESS days to process your order. Once your order ships you can figure between 2-8 days in transit depending on how far you are from us in California. We get hundreds of emails and phonecalls a day and many are a waste of everyones time. People call looking for an order in New York on Tuesday and they ordered on Saturday night at Midnight in California. Just please remember this when calling and e-mailing us.

We stock a ton of merchandise in our location. More than anyone else by far. We have very few backorders at any time. But if the manufacturer of the product is out of stock their is NOTHING we can do about it. If we are not able to fill an order within 30 days you will be notified. We do ship partial orders also. If you order 3 items and we are out of 1 we do not hold up your order and we ship the remaining items at our expense.

Paying with PayPal

To make a PayPal payment copy the information from the check out area of the shopping cart and paste into the paypal message area.

Login to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com Select the Send Money tab

Enter venomcoupe@aol.com in the Recipient's Email text box.

Enter the total amount of the invoice INCLUDING shipping and subtotal in the Amount text box.

Select submit

Paying with a Check

For Checks print out the page and submit a check with a copy of the order (including shipping) to the address below.
